Services for overseas clients

Every Adviciya service below is available to businesses in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the GCC. Each is delivered from Kochi, quoted in US dollars, and covered by an NDA and full IP ownership as standard.

Work that needs local knowledge, such as local SEO for a single city, is planned with your input on the market, because we are not on the ground there. There is no separate digital-marketing, dedicated-team or white-label URL on the site yet, so those are not linked.

For UK businesses

If you are outsourcing software development to India from the UK, the work can be software, web and app development, SEO and AI search, Odoo implementation, or Amazon UK seller account management and Amazon Ads. Your accountant confirms any UK tax settings, including Making Tax Digital. We invoice UK clients in US dollars. We don't have a UK office, entity or phone number, and we don't name UK clients. Offshore software development for Australian and New Zealand businesses

Australia and New Zealand are ahead of India. The offset is in the table below. Whether you want web development, SEO, Shopify, website design, UI/UX, an MVP, social media or Amazon listing work, the same rules apply: written updates, a call by phone or Google Meet, quotes and invoices in US dollars, an NDA and full IP ownership. We don't have an office, entity or phone number in Australia or New Zealand, and we don't name clients there. An Australia or New Zealand call window is not published on this page.

India Standard Time is UTC+5:30 all year. India doesn't use daylight saving. These are clock differences, not a promise of a call slot outside the US and Canada window already stated.

  4. Agreement, including an NDA. Full IP ownership of the work we create for you is standard.
  5. Delivery in agreed milestones. Nothing goes live without your approval.
  6. Handover of the code, credentials, documentation and reports created for you.

Questions

Do you have an office in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand?

No. Clients in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are served remotely from Kochi. Adviciya also has an office in Dubai. Most communication is written. Calls are a direct phone call or a Google Meet, booked in advance.

How do you handle the time difference?

For US and Canadian clients we hold calls from 6:30 to 9:30 PM IST, which is morning on the east coast of North America. India Standard Time does not use daylight saving, so the local time of that window shifts when your clocks change. Call windows for the UK, Australia and New Zealand are not published on this page.

Which currency do you invoice in?

We quote and invoice all overseas clients in US dollars (USD), including in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The amount, payment schedule and method are set out in your written proposal and agreement before any work starts. We don't publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on the scope agreed after the discovery call.

Will I own the work you create for me?

Yes. Full IP ownership is standard for every client, and so is an NDA. Your agreement lists what is handed over, such as source code, design files, documentation and account access. Nothing goes live without your approval, and handover is a planned step in our process, not something you have to ask for.
